The Board of Directors

William E. McGlashan, Jr.

Chairman of the Board, XOJET; Managing Partner, TPG Growth

William E. McGlashan, Jr. is chairman of XOJET and managing partner of TPG Growth. Prior to joining TPG Growth in 2004, he was the chairman and chief executive officer of Critical Path, which he joined in April of 2001 to undertake a major financial and operational restructuring of the company.

Previously, Mr. McGlashan co-founded and served as chief executive officer of Vectis Group, a venture corporation that capitalized and built companies in emerging markets, in partnership with leading U.S. technology businesses. While at Vectis Group, he was also a venture partner at Whitney & Co. Additionally, he co-founded and served as president of Pharmanex, Inc., a leading phytopharmaceutical and dietary supplement company that has annual sales of approximately $500 million in 20 countries and significant operations in the China. The company was sold to NSE in 1999. Mr. McGlashan was also co-founder and chief executive officer of Generation Ventures, a firm focused on developing new ventures in China in the areas of healthcare and technology.

Mr. McGlashan, also co-founded and was president of TRADE, Inc., a venture-funded trade information database company. Prior to TRADE, he was a senior associate with Bain Capital and Information Partners.

Mr. McGlashan earned a B.A. with honors from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a member of Young Presidents' Organization in the San Francisco Barbary Coast chapter, and the World Economic Forum. He also serves on the Boards of AgraQuest, David's Bridal, G2 SwitchWorks, StarCite, SuccessFactors, Bay Area Discovery Museum, the San Francisco Conservation Corps and Endeavor.

David Bonderman

Founding Partner, TPG

David Bonderman is a founding partner of TPG. TPG generally makes significant investments in operating companies through acquisitions and restructurings across a broad range of industries throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. TPG and its affiliates have more than $48 billion of capital under management. Portfolio companies controlled by TPG have combined revenues of over $115 billion, operate in over 120 countries and employ more than 580,000 people. Among the portfolio companies of TPG and its principals are J. Crew, Burger King, PETCO, Freescale Semiconductor, Debenhams, Seagate Technology, RyanAir, MEMC, Shenzhen Development Bank and Raffles Holdings, Ltd.

Prior to forming TPG in 1992, Mr. Bonderman was COO of the Robert M. Bass Group, Inc. (now doing business as Keystone, Inc.) in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to joining RMBG in 1983, Mr. Bonderman was a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in corporate, securities, bankruptcy, and antitrust litigation. From 1969 to 1970, Mr. Bonderman was a fellow in Foreign and Comparative Law in conjunction with Harvard University, and from 1968 to 1969, he was special assistant to the U.S. Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division. From 1967 to 1968, Mr. Bonderman was an assistant professor at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans.

Mr. Bonderman serves on the boards of the following public companies: Burger King Holdings, Inc.; CoStar Group, Inc.; Gemalto N.V.; and RyanAir Holdings, plc, of which he is chairman. He also serves on the boards of The Wilderness Society, the Grand Canyon Trust, the World Wildlife Fund, The University of Washington Foundation and the American Himalayan Foundation. Mr. Bonderman graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1966. He was a member of the Harvard Law Review and a Sheldon Fellow. He is a 1963 graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle.

Ken Goldman

Chief Financial Officer, Yahoo!

As chief financial offer of Yahoo!, Ken Goldman is responsible for Yahoo!'s global finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury and investor relations. Before joining Yahoo!, Mr. Goldman was CFO of Fortinet, a provider of threat management technologies.

Previously, Mr. Goldman served as CFO and senior vice president, finance and administration, of Siebel Systems from August 2000 until the close of Oracle Corporation's acquisition of Siebel in January 2006. Prior to Siebel Systems, he was CFO and senior vice president of finance of Excite@Home. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Goldman was CFO and senior vice president of finance at Sybase, Inc. He has also held CFO positions at Cypress Semiconductor and VLSI Technology.

Mr. Goldman is a member and the former president of The Financial Executive Institute, Santa Clara chapter, and was formerly an advisory council member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. He serves as a trustee on the boards of The Menlo School and Cornell University and as a director on the board of Infinera Inc. and NXP Semiconductor. He earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Alvaro Pascotto

The Law Offices of Alvaro Pascotto

Alvaro Pascotto is an acknowledged international expert in business aviation whose clients include many Fortune 500 companies and well-known entertainment and business personalities. Additionally, his practice includes private equity and wealth management, tax planning, and entertainment and intellectual property. He serves as primary counsel to various European clients engaged in international trade and media distribution. Formerly an attorney of counsel to Morrison & Foerster LLP in its Los Angeles office, Pascotto has managed numerous investments, both in the United States and Europe, and serves as the general partner of various family-related partnerships and trusts.

Mr. Pascotto's extensive aviation experience has involved complex planning and structuring of ownership, registration and operation of aircraft, including compliance with all applicable FAA regulatory requirements and management of associated tax issues.

Mr. Pascotto, who is an FAA licensed pilot, is also a member of the Tax Committee of the National Business Aviation Association, Inc. He has lectured at a variety of aviation and tax seminars and publishes articles on a regular basis. He received his J.D. from the University of Rome in 1973. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice law in Italy.

Bradley Stewart

President and Chief Executive Officer, XOJET

Bradley Stewart joined XOJET as a senior advisor in 2010 and subsequently became its President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Mr. Stewart is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of XOJET and its subsidiaries.

Prior to XOJET, Mr. Stewart was an investing professional at Parthenon Capital Partners, a leading mid-market private equity firm. At Parthenon, Mr. Stewart was responsible for both investing and portfolio improvement activities. He held interim executive positions and/or board of director seats at several Parthenon Capital portfolio companies.

Prior to Parthenon Capital, Mr. Stewart was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, he served a variety of clients in the airline, railroad and hotel industries. Prior to business school, Mr. Stewart was employed by Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he was a strategy and operations consultant to several leading industrial, media and financial services companies.

Mr. Stewart also currently serves as a Senior Advisor to TPG, one of the leading global private investment firms and XOJET's control shareholder. In 2015, Mr. Stewart was recognized by The San Francisco Business Times as a "40 under 40" business leader. He is a passionate aviation enthusiast, holding a private pilot's license and contributing to industry safety as a member of the ARG/US advisory board.

Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He also received an MBA degree with distinction from Columbia Business School. Mr. Stewart lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
