David Bonderman
Founding Partner, TPG
David Bonderman is a founding partner of TPG. TPG generally makes significant investments in operating companies through acquisitions and restructurings across a broad range of industries throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. TPG and its affiliates have more than $48 billion of capital under management. Portfolio companies controlled by TPG have combined revenues of over $115 billion, operate in over 120 countries and employ more than 580,000 people. Among the portfolio companies of TPG and its principals are J. Crew, Burger King, PETCO, Freescale Semiconductor, Debenhams, Seagate Technology, RyanAir, MEMC, Shenzhen Development Bank and Raffles Holdings, Ltd.
Prior to forming TPG in 1992, Mr. Bonderman was COO of the Robert M. Bass Group, Inc. (now doing business as Keystone, Inc.) in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to joining RMBG in 1983, Mr. Bonderman was a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in corporate, securities, bankruptcy, and antitrust litigation. From 1969 to 1970, Mr. Bonderman was a fellow in Foreign and Comparative Law in conjunction with Harvard University, and from 1968 to 1969, he was special assistant to the U.S. Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division. From 1967 to 1968, Mr. Bonderman was an assistant professor at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans.
Mr. Bonderman serves on the boards of the following public companies: Burger King Holdings, Inc.; CoStar Group, Inc.; Gemalto N.V.; and RyanAir Holdings, plc, of which he is chairman. He also serves on the boards of The Wilderness Society, the Grand Canyon Trust, the World Wildlife Fund, The University of Washington Foundation and the American Himalayan Foundation. Mr. Bonderman graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1966. He was a member of the Harvard Law Review and a Sheldon Fellow. He is a 1963 graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle.

William E. McGlashan, Jr.
Chairman, XOJET, Inc. and Managing Partner, TPG Growth
William E. McGlashan, Jr. is managing partner of TPG Growth. Prior to joining TPG Growth in 2004, he was the chairman and CEO of Critical Path, which he joined in April of 2001 to undertake a major financial and operational restructuring of the company.
Previously, Mr. McGlashan co-founded and served as chief executive officer of Vectis Group, a venture corporation that capitalized and built companies in emerging markets, in partnership with leading U.S. technology businesses. While at Vectis Group, he was also a venture partner at Whitney & Co. Additionally, he co-founded and served as president of Pharmanex, Inc., a leading phytopharmaceutical and dietary supplement company that has annual sales of approximately $500 million in 20 countries and significant operations in the China. The company was sold to NSE in 1999. Mr. McGlashan was also co-founder and CEO of Generation Ventures, a firm focused on developing new ventures in China in the areas of healthcare and technology.
Mr. McGlashan, also co-founded and was president of TRADE, Inc., a venture-funded trade information database company. Prior to TRADE, he was a senior associate with Bain Capital and Information Partners.
Mr. McGlashan earned a B.A. with honors from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a member of Young Presidents' Organization in the San Francisco Barbary Coast chapter, and the World Economic Forum. He also serves on the Boards of AgraQuest, David's Bridal, G2 SwitchWorks, StarCite, SuccessFactors, Bay Area Discovery Museum, the San Francisco Conservation Corps and Endeavor.

Jim Brucculeri
Revaluation and Market Research Manager, International Petroleum Investment Company
Jim Brucculeri is Revaluation and Market Research Manager with the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) in Abu Dhabi, where he has worked since 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Brucculeri was a fund manager leading the US Consumer Products equities team with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and worked as a securities analyst with Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney in New York. At Merrill Lynch, he was twice selected by the Wall Street Journal as an All-Star Analyst. He began his career as a financial journalist covering the leveraged buyout market with Dealers' Digest, Inc. in New York.
Mr. Brucculeri is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University, and an M.S. in Accounting from Baruch College–City University of New York.

Blair LaCorte
Senior Advisor, TPG
Mr. LaCorte serves as senior advisor at TPG. Previously, he was chief executive officer at XOJET, where he was responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company. He joined XOJET as president in 2009 and was named interim chief executive officer in 2010, becoming full-time CEO in 2011.
Mr. LaCorte is an accomplished general manager and strategist, having held senior executive positions in diverse companies across numerous industries. Before he joined XOJET, Mr. LaCorte was executive vice president of Savi Technology, a network solutions provider that was sold to Lockheed Martin. Prior to Savi, he served as an executive vice president of VerticalNet and played a key role in the team that took the company public. Mr. LaCorte has also served as president of Cadis, which was sold to Aspect Development; founder of Autodesk's GIS and the data publishing divisions; and senior consultant at Gemini Consulting. He was a founding team member of General Electric Capital's Power Funding Corporation. Mr. LaCorte began his career at Boston Air Taxi, a regional airline in New England.
Mr. LaCorte graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maine and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Dartmouth's Tuck School, where he received the Liebowitz Award and served as an executive fellow prior to his career at TPG. He is also a graduate of General Electric's Financial Management Program. Mr. LaCorte has received numerous industry awards, including being named one of the Top Ten Marketers of the Year by Ad Age and Innovator of the Year by NASA. He has served as Executive Director of the Security Council on Strategic Technology and was named to the U.S. Senate's High Technology Advisory Board.

Ken Goldman
Chief Financial Officer, Yahoo!
As chief financial offer of Yahoo!, Ken Goldman is responsible for Yahoo!'s global finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury and investor relations. Before joining Yahoo!, Mr. Goldman was CFO of Fortinet, a provider of threat management technologies.
Previously, Mr. Goldman served as CFO and senior vice president, finance and administration, of Siebel Systems from August 2000 until the close of Oracle Corporation's acquisition of Siebel in January 2006. Prior to Siebel Systems, he was CFO and senior vice president of finance of Excite@Home. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Goldman was CFO and senior vice president of finance at Sybase, Inc. He has also held CFO positions at Cypress Semiconductor and VLSI Technology.
Mr. Goldman is a member and the former president of The Financial Executive Institute, Santa Clara chapter, and was formerly an advisory council member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. He serves as a trustee on the boards of The Menlo School and Cornell University and as a director on the board of Infinera Inc. and NXP Semiconductor. He earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dan Krebs
Principal, TPG
Prior to joining TPG in 2007, Mr. Krebs was a principal at Stolberg Equity Partners, where he helped lead investments in and worked closely with a number of high-growth companies, including Alpine Access, a provider of home-based call center services; Eschelon Telecommunications, a competitive local exchange carrier; and Yofarm Yogurt Company. Before Stolberg Partners, Mr. Krebs was an investment professional at Bain Capital in the San Francisco office, and a consultant at Bain & Company. He holds a S.B. and M.C.P. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard.

Malcolm McKinnon
Deputy General Counsel, International Petroleum Investment Company
Malcolm McKinnon is the Deputy General Counsel of the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), a wholly owned investment company of the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. IPIC is the parent company of Aabar Investments PJS, an investor in XOJET. Prior to joining IPIC, Mr. McKinnon practiced law with a leading international law firm in its London and Abu Dhabi offices. In addition to the board of XOJET, Mr. McKinnon sits on the board of other IPIC portfolio companies. Mr. McKinnon holds a Bachelor of Law Honours degree from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

George G. C. Parker
Dean Witter Distinguished Professor of Finance, Emeritus, Stanford University Graduate School of Business
George Parker is the Dean Witter Distinguished Professor of Finance (Emeritus) at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (GSB). He teaches courses in corporate finance and private equity in the MBA program and various other Stanford executive education programs. He is also faculty director of the Stanford Sloan Master's Program and director of the Finance and Accounting for Nonfinancial Executives Program.
Prior to his current roles, Dr. Parker has served at the Stanford Graduate School of Business as director of the Financial Management Program; director of the executive education; director of the Sloan Master's Program; and former senior associate dean for academic affairs and director of the MBA program. Prior to joining the Stanford faculty in 1973, Dr. Parker was an assistant and associate professor of finance at Columbia University in New York City.
Dr. Parker's teaching and research interests focus on corporate finance, management of financial institutions and corporate governance. He is the author of numerous case studies used in the MBA Program at Stanford and other schools. He has also written several articles on capital structure, risk management and corporate valuation and consults to a variety of corporations and banks on financial management and corporate strategy.
He serves on the boards of directors of several public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. In addition, he has served since 2003 as the faculty chairman of the Advisory Panel on Investment Responsibility for the Board of Trustees of Stanford University. From 1977–1989, Dr. Parker served as a trustee of Haverford College, his undergraduate alma mater.
Dr. Parker holds a B.A. from Haverford College and M.B.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the Stanford Business. He received the 2003 Robert T. Davis Award for Faculty Lifetime Achievement at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the 2007 Faculty Teaching Award for the Stanford MBA Program.

Alvaro Pascotto
Alvaro Pascotto is an acknowledged international expert in business aviation whose clients include many Fortune 500 companies and well-known entertainment and business personalities. Additionally, his practice includes private equity and wealth management, tax planning, and entertainment and intellectual property. He serves as primary counsel to various European clients engaged in international trade and media distribution. Formerly an attorney of counsel to Morrison & Foerster LLP in its Los Angeles office, Pascotto has managed numerous investments, both in the United States and Europe, and serves as the general partner of various family-related partnerships and trusts.
Mr. Pascotto's extensive aviation experience has involved complex planning and structuring of ownership, registration and operation of aircraft, including compliance with all applicable FAA regulatory requirements and management of associated tax issues.
Mr. Pascotto, who is an FAA licensed pilot, is also a member of the Tax Committee of the National Business Aviation Association, Inc. He has lectured at a variety of aviation and tax seminars and publishes articles on a regular basis. He received his J.D. from the University of Rome in 1973. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice law in Italy.

Kevin Sheehan
Chief Executive Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line
Kevin Sheehan serves as the chief executive officer and president of Norwegian Cruise Line. Since taking the helm of the company in 2008, he has overseen major initiatives that include vastly improving on-board service and amenities across the fleet; expanding the line's European presence; repositioning two of the line's Hawai'i-based ships and creating a profitable business model; revitalizing top management with a mixture of cruise industry and outside expertise; and using his extensive 30-year background in the business world to help Norwegian post a sharp turnaround in profitability in the midst of a tough economic climate.
Prior to joining Norwegian Cruise Line, Mr. Sheehan was chairman and CEO of Cendant Corp. Vehicle Services Division, where he was responsible for Avis Rent A Car, Budget Rent A Car, Budget Truck, PHH Vehicle Management, First Fleet and Wright Express. While there, he integrated the Avis and Budget rental car brands into one network and also successfully completed a 100% initial public offering of Wright Express.
Before joining Cendant, he held leadership positions at STT Video Partners LLP and Telemundo Group, Inc., where he helped found the second-largest Spanish-language television network, Telemundo. He spent several years consulting to private equity firms, while also lecturing at Adelphi University in New York as a distinguished visiting professor of accounting, finance and economics.
Mr. Sheehan is a graduate of Hunter College and New York University Graduate School of Business. He is also a certified public accountant. In 2010 he was appointed chairman of the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association's Executive Committee. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Cruise Line Industry Association's (CLIA) board and on the board of Gatehouse Media (NYSE: “GHS”).

Bradley Stewart
President and Chief Executive Officer, XOJET
Bradley Stewart joined XOJET as a senior advisor in 2010 and subsequently assumed the office of president in 2011. He became president and chief executive officer in 2013. In this role, Mr. Stewart is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of XOJET, including the company's overall revenue plan, commercial operations and business development initiatives as well as strategies for expanding XOJET's business and markets.
Mr. Stewart is an accomplished executive who joined XOJET after more than 15 years in general management, consulting and private equity. Prior to XOJET, he was an investing professional at Parthenon Capital Partners, a leading mid-market private equity firm with approximately $2 billion of capital under management. At Parthenon, Mr. Stewart was responsible for both investing activities and portfolio improvement initiatives. He held senior executive positions and board of director seats at several Parthenon Capital portfolio companies, including the role of president at Westcliff Medical Laboratories, where he led a successful corporate turnaround.
Prior to Parthenon Capital, Mr. Stewart was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, the global management consulting firm. At McKinsey, he was a leader in the firm's Travel, Transport, and Logistics practice, serving a variety of clients in the airline, railroad and hotel industries, among others. Previously, Mr. Stewart was employed by Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he was a strategy and operations consultant to several leading industrial, media and financial services companies.
Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree, with an emphasis in corporate finance, from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction from Columbia Business School. Mr. Stewart has a private pilot's license and is currently training for his Instrument rating. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Brady and their daughter Saylor.

Steven Varsano
President, The Jet Business
Steven Varsano currently serves as president of The Jet Business. Since beginning in the business in 1980, he has sold more than 300 aircraft with a value approximating $4 billion. He started his aviation career with the American Association of Airport Executives and as the special assistant to the president of the General Manufacturers Association, where he oversaw the Statistical Forecasting Committee and the Airport and Airways Committee.
Mr. Varsano has also served as president of Yorkshire Global Restaurants, International Division, where he spearheaded the private equity acquisition team that brought Long John Silver's out of Chapter 11 and coordinated the merging of the brand with A&W Restaurants. After Yorkshire Global was acquired by Yum International, Mr. Varsano handled business development for the company throughout Europe and the CIS countries.
Prior to Yum International, Steven was senior vice president at Triarc Companies and held various executive positions with its subsidiary companies. He was senior vice president of Michael Swerdlow Companies /Hollywood, Inc.; director of Mountleigh Management; and senior vice president of Trian Group, L.P. While at Mountleigh, he held positions that included chief operating officer at Mountleigh International Plc.; director of special projects, Mountleigh Group Plc.; chairman, Torcolan, S.p.a, Italy; director, Mountleigh France, S.A.; and director, International Yacht Club D'Antibes.
Mr. Varsano is a commercial-instrument-rated pilot, single and multi-engine. He graduated magna cum laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies.
