The Team

Bradley Stewart

President and Chief Executive Officer

Bradley Stewart joined XOJET as a senior advisor in 2010 and subsequently assumed the office of president in 2011. He became president and chief executive officer in 2013. In this role, Mr. Stewart is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of XOJET, including the company's overall revenue plan, commercial operations and business development initiatives as well as strategies for expanding XOJET's business and markets.

Mr. Stewart is an accomplished executive who joined XOJET after more than 15 years in general management, consulting and private equity. Prior to XOJET, he was an investing professional at Parthenon Capital Partners, a leading mid-market private equity firm with approximately $2 billion of capital under management. At Parthenon, Mr. Stewart was responsible for both investing activities and portfolio improvement initiatives. He held senior executive positions and board of director seats at several Parthenon Capital portfolio companies, including the role of president at Westcliff Medical Laboratories, where he led a successful corporate turnaround.

Prior to Parthenon Capital, Mr. Stewart was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, the global management consulting firm. At McKinsey, he was a leader in the firm's Travel, Transport, and Logistics practice, serving a variety of clients in the airline, railroad and hotel industries, among others. Previously, Mr. Stewart was employed by Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he was a strategy and operations consultant to several leading industrial, media and financial services companies.

Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree, with an emphasis in corporate finance, from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction from Columbia Business School. Mr. Stewart has a private pilot's license and is currently training for his Instrument rating. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Brady and their daughter Saylor.

Mark Long

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mark Long joined XOJET as executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2009. Mr. Long is responsible for maximizing XOJET's operating performance, aircraft fleet planning and asset management, planning and achieving of financial goals, and managing the financial risks of the company.

Mr. Long is a veteran aviation executive with more than 25 years of industry experience concentrated in aviation finance. Immediately prior to joining XOJET, Mr. Long was a managing director at SkyWorks Capital, a global investment banking boutique focused on the transportation sector. At SkyWorks, Mr. Long was responsible for executing the firm's strategies in the areas of asset-based finance, aircraft fleet management and advisory, corporate finance, merger and acquisitions and financial restructuring.

Prior to SkyWorks, Mr. Long spent over 12 years at Northwest Airlines in a variety of senior management roles, including serving as a vice president in finance, managing investor relations and various strategic financial and corporate initiatives, and as vice president of international and regulatory affairs. Mr. Long also held a senior role as controller for Northwest's international operations, the marketing and information technology departments, and all regional airline affiliates. He was responsible for managing financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial analysis and controls, and corporate administration.

Previous to Northwest Airlines, Mr. Long held managerial positions at Continental Airlines in the areas of financial planning and analysis, and market planning. At Continental, he also served as the controller for various operational areas.

Mr. Long earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in finance and accounting from Kansas State University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Long also holds a Certified Instrument Flight Instructor rating and has his commercial pilot's license.

David Cox

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

David Cox first joined XOJET in 2006 as director of operations and now serves as chief operating officer. Mr. Cox is also a managing member of XOJET Aviation Services LLC, a joint venture established in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Cox is responsible for all flight operations, fleet maintenance, dispatch, quality assurance, quality control, and safety.

Mr. Cox's career in aviation includes more than 20 years of leadership roles in private and publicly traded aviation companies. These roles involved building platforms, systems and infrastructures to facilitate growth, while maintaining the discipline of budgetary controls that lead to increasing shareholder value. Prior to XOJET, Mr. Cox built an extensive career with Atlantic Coast Airlines, an airline that operated as United Express for United Airlines and Delta Connection for Delta Airlines. While serving as director of operations of Atlantic Coast Jet, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic Coast Airlines, he helped introduce the Regional Jet into the United Express system, and led the consolidation and increased brand awareness of the Delta Connection product.

Before becoming director of operations, Mr. Cox held positions that included regional chief pilot, training supervisor, fleet manager and director of training. He also served as certification project manager for the introduction of the CRJ into the United Express System, the Dornier Regional Jet into the Delta Connection System, and the Airbus into the Independence Air National Network.

While at Atlantic Coast Airlines and Atlantic Coast Jet, Mr. Cox worked closely with Purdue University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to establish formalized intern programs. In addition, Mr. Cox worked as part of a cross-departmental team at Atlantic Coast in partnership with George Mason University on a grant to improve safety.

Mr. Cox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in aviation management from California Miramar University and has been an FAA Designated Examiner, an FAA Certified Instructor, Check Airman and Air Transport Rated Pilot. He is trained and qualified to pilot both the Citation X and Challenger 300.

Jerry Joondeph

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Jerry Joondeph joined XOJET in 2008 and serves as the company's executive vice president and general counsel. In addition, he is the company's corporate secretary. He is responsible for managing XOJET's legal-related matters, human resource operations, corporate governance, commercial contracting, risk management and regulatory compliance, and supports the company's business development activities. He is also active in the organization, administration and operation of GMJ Air Shuttle, Inc., XOJET's corporate shuttle operator.

Mr. Joondeph has an accomplished career with more than 20 years of diverse legal, corporate, finance and business experience. Prior to joining XOJET, Jerry was the chief administrative officer and general counsel for ThinkEquity Partners, a San Francisco-based global growth investment bank.

Before joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Joondeph was a partner with the international law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP, and was resident in the firm's Palo Alto, London, Taipei and Columbus offices during his tenure. Mr. Joondeph's practice consisted of advising clients on global venture, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and private equity matters.

Mr. Joondeph graduated cum laude with separate Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and in Finance from Miami University. He earned both a Juris Doctor with honors and a master's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.

Theodore Botimer

Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Strategic Planning

Theodore Botimer joined XOJET in 2008 as senior vice president of revenue management and strategic planning. Mr. Botimer is responsible for pricing, inventory control, revenue analysis, product development and distribution planning.

Mr. Botimer has worked in aviation- related travel and transportation for more than 15 years. Prior to joining XOJET, he served as the senior vice president of planning at Cendant Car Rental Group, playing a pivotal role in the integration of the Budget and Avis brands and helping to return Budget to profitability within two years of ownership. Before Cendant, Mr. Botimer served as the vice president of revenue management for America West Airlines, a low-cost carrier that eventually merged with US Airways. He also spent several years in the planning department at Continental Airlines.

Mr. Botimer graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a master's and doctoral degrees in transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the academic staff at the University of California at Berkeley.

Shari Jones

Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Shari joined XOJET in 2013 as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. She is responsible for the development and implementation of fully integrated marketing strategies across XOJET's product offerings and consumer communication channels.

Ms. Jones brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to XOJET, having worked at some of the world's most iconic brands, including Levi's® and Dockers®. Most recently, Ms. Jones led consumer marketing at Levi Strauss & Co. for Levi's® Americas region, where she was responsible for brand strategy and marketing for the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America. Before that, she led global marketing planning and operations for the Levi's® brand, playing a pivotal role in introducing the first global marketing campaign in the brand's 138-year history. Ms. Jones was also part of the launch team for Levi Strauss Signature and led the development of the Denizen brand, which is sold at Target stores across the United States.

Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Co., Ms. Jones was a consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked on brand transformation and growth strategies for top-tier clients in the consumer products, healthcare and private equity sectors.

Originally from Canada, Ms. Jones worked in the United Kingdom and France for Habitat U.K. before moving to the United States to attend graduate school. She received a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from McGill University, from which she graduated with honors. She currently lives with her husband and daughter in San Francisco.

Gregg Slow

Senior Vice President of Sales and National Accounts

Gregg Slow joined XOJET in 2012 as senior vice president of sales and national accounts. Mr. Slow is responsible for XOJET's sales and strategic client relations.

Prior to XOJET, Mr. Slow served for 11 years as a sales executive at NetJets. Most recently, he was senior vice president, where he was responsible for developing and managing sales for the New York City region—the largest territory in the country. While at NetJets, Mr. Slow also served as vice president of the Northeastern and Canadian territories and served on the owner communication review team.

Prior to NetJets, Mr. Slow served as director of sales at iSalvage.com, where he built, trained and managed a salesforce responsible for building a nationwide network of auto parts suppliers. Mr. Slow also held sales positions at Unum Life Insurance.

Mr. Slow is a graduate of Union College and lives with his wife and children in Connecticut, where he enjoys coaching Little League baseball and youth basketball.

Tracy Chaplin

Senior Vice President of Procurement

Tracy Chaplin joined XOJET in 2008. As senior vice president of procurement, she is responsible for all aspects of supply chain management for the company, including purchasing strategies for maintenance service and parts contracts, fuel and FBO relationships, insurance, risk management, catering and amenities, and travel partner agreements.

Ms. Chaplin has worked in the aviation industry for more than 20 years for FAR 91, 135 and 121 operators. Prior to XOJET, she was chief operating officer for Avantair. She led the company's operations and maintenance departments, also serving in a strategic capacity, working closely with other members of senior management to take the company public in 2007. Prior to Avantair, Ms. Chaplin was the chief purchasing officer for Flight Options, the second largest provider of fractional ownership programs for new and previously owned business jets. She has also held leadership positions with Emery Worldwide Airlines and was the owner/operator of a private travel agency in the Midwest.

Ms. Chaplin graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She is a member of the Aviation Committee of the GBTA (Global Business Travel Association).

David Colbert

Vice President of Maintenance

David Colbert joined XOJET in 2005 as vice president of maintenance. Mr. Colbert is responsible for the aircraft maintenance, reliability, airworthiness, regulatory compliance and value retention of the XOJET fleet.

Mr. Colbert has built an extensive career in aviation, with over 35 years of experience. Prior to joining XOJET, he served as vice president and general manager of ACM Aviation, a provider of aircraft management and charter services. Mr. Colbert also spent three years in Saudi Arabia as director of maintenance for several U.S. companies, including Imperial Aviation and Atlantic Aviation Corporation, in support of their in-kingdom corporate flight operations. Mr. Colbert began his career at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, Georgia.

Mr. Colbert holds an Associates of Arts degree in specialized technology from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, where he ranked first in his class. He has an FAA license for Airframe and Powerplant as well as FCC technician licenses. He serves on the Challenger 300 Customer Advisory Board, the NATA Maintenance Committee and the NBAA Maintenance Committee. He is a private pilot with an instrument rating.

Blake Hirth

Chief Pilot

Blake Hirth joined XOJET in 2006 and serves as the company's chief pilot. He has served in various flight operations management positions at XOJET and has flown every aircraft type the company has operated, including the current fleet of Citation X, Challenger 300, and Hawker 800XP jets. He is responsible for the leadership and oversight of an unsurpassed level of safety and customer service through highly experienced flight crews and exceptional safety and training programs. This is accomplished by industry-leading team involvement among the pilot group, training department and senior leadership.

Prior to XOJET, Mr. Hirth held various aviation management positions at private equity and venture capital companies. He graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business, where he also began his corporate aviation career.
