XOJET’s front-end team consists of over 70 Aviation Advisors and client service professionals, available 24/7, to work directly with you to provide in-depth and transparent advice, and craft a personalized flying experience.

What is the XOJET experience?

Fleet Access

What is the Preferred Partner Network?

We believe in delivering the most value for every flight and it typically begins with selecting the right aircraft. To complement XOJET Aviation's fleet of super mid-size Challenger 300 and Citation X jets, we offer access to an additional 1,500 aircraft of varying sizes through our Preferred Partner Network. From popular private jets including the Hawker 800XP, Hawker 400XP and Gulfstream G-V, each operator in our network is meticulously measured against the highest standards of safety and service in the industry.

What type of jets does XOJET Aviation fly?

XOJET Aviation operates the largest floating charter fleet of Cessna Citation X and Bombardier Challenger 300 super mid-size private jets in North America, maintained under the highest standards of safety and service in private aviation. Each private aircraft is custom-configured to enhance the onboard experience with features including complimentary Wi-Fi, full-service galley with gourmet snacks, beverages and spirits and comfortable club chairs.

Inflight Service

How many bags may I bring onboard?

The Citation X luggage capacity averages 4-6 soft-side golf bags and 4-6 medium-sized rollers. The Challenger 300 luggage capacity averages 8 soft-side golf bags and 8 medium-sized rollers.

Does XOJET offer flight attendants?

A flight attendant may be requested for an additional fee.

How many seats per airplane?

The Citation X seats up to 8 passengers and the Challenger 300 jet seats up to 9 passengers.

Does XOJET offer complimentary Wi-Fi?

XOJET Aviation's fleet offers complimentary Wi-Fi across all Challenger 300 and Citation X super mid-size jets. Please note, complimentary Wi-Fi is only available within the continental 48 states; any flights over extended bodies of water will not have Wi-Fi access.

Does XOJET offer catering service?

XOJET offers a variety of fresh bites and seasonal fare between most city pairs. Remote departure cities may have a limited version of our standard catering menu. For our complete menu, please contact your personal Aviation Advisor. Items outside of this menu may be requested for an additional fee.

Standard Procedures

What items are allowed and not allowed onboard XOJET?

FAA regulations require all passengers to comply with the transportation of Hazardous Materials. For our complete list, please contact your personal Aviation Advisor.

Do I have to show my ID upon boarding?

Yes, due to FAA regulations, all passengers listed on the flight manifest will be required to present a government-issued photo ID before boarding.

Aviation Terminology

What does ETA mean?

ETA or Estimated Time of Arrival is the estimated local time of arriving at your destination, including taxi time.

What does ETE mean?

ETE or Estimated Time Enroute is the estimated flying time between your departure and arrival city, including taxi time, given standard flying conditions.

What does 'off-fleet' mean?

XOJET offers access to our Preferred Partner Network with over 1,500 jets of varying sizes, vetted to meet our high safety standards. An aircraft that is not XOJET branded and not operated by XOJET Aviation crew is considered off-fleet.

What is an FBO?

An FBO or Fixed Based Operator refers to the ground handling company at each departure and arrival airport.
