Rebecca Kodesh joined XOJET in 2009 as a Private Client Services Manager and has grown with the company, most recently assuming the role of Vice President, Scheduling. She is responsible for maximizing the utilization of XOJET's dynamic floating fleet while carefully balancing operational risk and regulatory compliance in partnership with the flight crews. Rebecca has been instrumental in implementing XOJET's crew fatigue management program, in collaboration with the Safety department, to ensure XOJET maintains a leading edge in safety and risk management in the private jet industry.
Rebecca started her career working for Atlantic Coast Airlines in Customer Service and Ramp Operations. That experience ignited her passion for the aviation industry nearly 15 years ago and led her to pursue opportunities covering every aspect of ground/ramp services, account management, customer service and fleet operations. She's worked with Bombardier Skyjet, US Airways, and Red Wing Aeroplane. Rebecca is a licensed FAA dispatcher and would like to get her private pilot's license. She lives with her son in Roseville, CA.
