Scott LaForge joined XOJET in 2016 as the Director of Training. In this role, Scott is responsible for the oversight, coordination and enrichment of XOJET’s Training and Compliance of its Flight Crew.
As an Airline Transport Pilot with an excess of 20,000 safe flying hours, Scott took his first flying lesson at the age of 13 and since then, has had a passion for aviation. Scott is an FAA certified Instrument Flight and Advance Ground Instructor with more than 30 years’ experience in training and checking. Scott is also a Challenger 300 pilot.
Throughout Scott’s career, he has continuously been engaged in Air Carrier Operations serving the US, Caribbean and abroad. He has held various operational and leadership roles including Co-Founder and Vice President for Nantucket Airlines, Executive Vice President and Board Member for Cape Air and Vice President/COO for M&N Aviation in Puerto Rico.
Scott has also served on numerous aviation associations, safety and noise panels and has been a participant of the FAA Part 135/125 Aviation Rule Committee. Scott has been recognized as a Prestigious Aviator by the Federal Aviation Administration in 2013.
